At first, I wasn't thrilled with this place because of the time I had to wait. (I went a little bit after 12:00 p.m. and they were still setting up and putting the food on the grill). But, I met some nice people while I was waiting and by the time I received my food, it didn't matter how long it took because everything was fantastic!! (ordered 4 rib bones and a chicken snack.) Even the coleslaw and fries were good! I work for the Fire Department, and I'll spread the word to my co-workers how good the food is and this is the place to go!! Thank you Tha' Land and keep the good food comin!!

In the last 3 years of working downtown I've walked by The Land numerous times smelling the food before I even turned the corner. It always smells amazing. Today I decided to bring my card with me so I could stop in to order. I grabbed the combo; 3 ribs, 3 crispy chicken wings and fries. Let me tell you, the ribs are full of flavor and the crispy chicken wings were just that crispy, tender and juicy even with some sauce on them. Check the hours and get downtown to try them. The service was prompt and food was fresh. I took my food to go but there are tables and chairs to dine in.

I've been craving this place since I heard about it a few weeks back. I went there today for lunch and got the rib dinner with fries and greens and also 2 whole wings on the side. Everything was good and seasoned, the wings didn't make it home bc they were so good but I managed to get a pic of the rib dinner before I ate it. The atmosphere is pretty cool it's downtown right across the street from the liquor store... On West 6th... I like how the family works together... The ribs were seasoned and tender, the fries were nicely salted and the greens were good too. This is probably the only barbecue spot right now that I've been to that actually taste like what it's supposed to NO BS ... I've been on a barbecue kick for the last week trying different places and this is the only place that actually lived up to any standards lol I'll definitely be back with my son. Oh and I asked for my sauce on the side if you're wondering why the ribs aren't sauced. Fair pricing as well my meal was $18 and a $1.75 per whole wing I really don't care how much it cost if it tastes good lol

🔥 ThaLand BBQ — 1266 W. 6th St., Downtown Cleveland Let me tell you about a hidden gem on W. 6th that has absolutely NO business being this good. ThaLand BBQ had me speechless from the first bite. I watched owner Daniel work those ribs on the grill with my own eyes — and when I say my soul LEFT my body… I mean that. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, smoky, and seasoned to perfection. The chicken? Don’t even get me started. I’m not a sauce person at ALL, but something told me to dip one wing in their sauce… baby, I ate every drop. My grandbaby Amia had her own order of wings and cleaned her plate — then had the nerve to eat some of mine too! That’s how you know it’s real. Owner Dion runs a tight, welcoming ship, and her son Jr. is on the register — young, sharp, and handling customers like a seasoned pro. I pulled him aside and told him straight up: “You’re going to be very successful.” And I meant every word. I sat down with Dion and told her: she picked the RIGHT spot, the people are coming, and she’s going to need more seating — because the word is out now. ThaLand BBQ — I shall return. The Land BBQ on W. 6th street downtown has some very good food. The ribs grilled to perfection, the fried chicken seasoned well and very crispy even the french fries were very tasty. This Black owned and operated business is definitely a gem in Downtown Cleveland. This place has instantly become one of my favorite places to eat. Everyone should be supporting this restaurant A++++++
